PRICES AND OFFERS
The prices for the services displayed on the Website appear below the service name, including Value Added Tax (VAT). If "Price upon request" is indicated, the price agreed upon with each client will prevail.

The price displayed under each service represents the final price, after any applicable discounts have been applied. The original price is crossed out, and the current discounted price is highlighted.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are included in all orders, regardless of the order amount or destination.
Shipping Damage: Entousias is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. If you receive a damaged shipment, refuse to accept it until the carrier notes "Damaged Goods" on the delivery slip and notify Entousias as soon as possible. It is important to inspect the merchandise as soon as it is received, as any issues with the shipment must be reported to the transport agency or Entousias within 24-48 hours of receipt.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your orders by choosing one of the following options:
Bank transfer. When you select bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS to the address you used to register on the website. This confirmation will include a summary of the services requested and the account number for payment. The transfer must be completed within 10 calendar days of the purchase date. All bank fees and related expenses incurred during the transfer are the sole responsibility of the sender.
Credit card. Credit card payments will be processed through the secure payment gateway after the order is placed. If the payment terminal reports that the card has been declined, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified online.
Bizum. Customers can pay for their order using the Bizum system. To do so, they must enter the phone number associated with their Bizum account and confirm the transaction following the instructions provided by their bank. Payments via Bizum are immediate and secure. If the transaction is declined, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified. Entousias is not responsible for any issues arising from the service provided by Bizum or the customer's bank.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once the customer completes the order by accepting the general terms and conditions and confirming the purchase process, Entousias will send an email or SMS to the address or phone number provided by the customer, confirming all the purchase details.
DELIVERY TIME AND LOCATION
David Barragán Barragán will deliver the product in perfect condition to the address provided by the customer in the "Shipping Address" form, on the date and time agreed upon with the customer.
Delivery times may be longer in exceptional circumstances, in which case the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
When the order leaves our warehouse, the customer will receive an email or SMS indicating the shipping company that will deliver their shipment.
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, Entousias will contact them to arrange a new delivery date and time.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellation is not available. Once the service is contracted, it cannot be canceled, and therefore, no refund will be issued.
SERVICE AND PRODUCT WARRANTY
Entousias guarantees that all products offered, including necklaces, rings, bracelets, and earrings, meet appropriate quality standards and have been crafted and inspected with the utmost care before shipment.
Entousias is committed to describing products as accurately as possible, including materials, finishes, sizes, and main features. However, slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product, lighting in the photographs, or the customer's device screen settings.
Entousias will be liable for any damage or defects in the products when these are a direct result of manufacturing defects, shipping errors, or damage incurred during transport to the customer. Entousias will also be responsible in the event of loss of the order during shipping.
In such cases, the customer must report the issue within 14 days of receiving the order. Once the claim has been verified, Entousias will proceed, as appropriate, with the replacement of the product, its repair, or the corresponding financial compensation.
The following damages are excluded from this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper use, impacts, pulling, or incorrect handling of the parts.
- Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, water, humidity, or excessive perspiration.
- Loss of shine or color caused by normal use of the product.
- Repairs or modifications carried out by third parties.

Entousias' liability is limited in all cases to the reasonable value of the affected product, excluding indirect or consequential damages.
